She is passionate about sharing the joy of yoga with her students. "Yoga is a wonderful way to celebrate a woman's rite of passage into motherhood. Not only is yoga a gentle and effective form of exercise, it also develops inner resources that can awaken the new mother to her true birthing potential. Regular practice will help the becoming mother build greater confidence, calm and ease. Every new mother brings something special to motherhood. Yoga helps us cultivate those unique gifts. Through meditation and prayer we can create a safe space to nurture and honour the sacred relationship between a mother and her unborn child".
"The moment a child is born, the mother is also born. She never existed before. The woman existed, but the mother, never. A mother is something absolutely new" Ragneesh.
